Delete your account

Delete it in the app

  1. Open CoupleDeck and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you’d like a copy of your data first, download it from Settings before deleting.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@febroine.com with the subject CoupleDeck account deletion, from the email address your account uses. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which one. We’ll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in sessions
  • Your profile and profile photo
  • Your personal content and your contributions to the shared room
  • Your usage events
  • If you signed in with Apple, the app’s access to your Apple ID is revoked

What stays

Your partner keeps their own account, their own contributions and the shared room. Remaining copies in our providers’ backups are removed on their regular backup cycle.
